As a subscriber you can access and use our site according to your subscriptions type. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited by and subject to this Agreement. Users must sign up to the correct subscription. The subscriptions are based on your role in the industry. A farmer subscription is available only to sheep or sheep and beef farmer/manager and a shearing contractor subscription is only available to shearing contractors. Woolshed & farm worker subscription is available to woolshed and farm workers only. Annual subscriptions that attract a fee need to be immediately paid on signing up and then on the anniversary date for renewal or anytime thereafter. You can pay your subscription fee using all major credit cards.
Tahi Ngātahi uses Stripe, a 3rd party payment platform, to process credit card transactions for your Tahi Ngātahi account. By using Tahi Ngātahi you are also agreeing to Stripe’s Terms of Service. All payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. Tahi Ngātahi cannot be held liable for any issue regarding payments handled by Stripe.
Shearing contractors can move from a subscription connecting 50 employees or less or upgrade to connect to over 50 employees. An upgrade in your subscription can be done at any time. The day you purchase the new subscription will be your new anniversary date for renewal. Your payment will show a credit for the period remaining on your subscription. Moving from the upgrade subscription to the reduced subscription can only be done at the anniversary date for renewal. Sorry, Tahi Ngātahi is unable to provide refunds on an unused period of an annual subscription. Please contact us if you are within 28 days of signing up.
Content you enter into the site remains your property. However, your access to this content is contingent on full payment of the applicable subscription fee when due. You grant Tahi Ngātahi a licence to use, copy, transmit, store and back-up your personal and content information so it is safe, accessible and available for your use when you need it.
